The model is one component. The value appears when systems, information, rules and people work together.

Useful context.Ready for the person who needs it.
Connected information. Clear responsibility.
RPA + AI / The right tool for the work
Rails for the routine. Wheels for the unexpected.
Not everything needs AI. The useful skill is knowing where a fixed process ends and interpretation begins.
01 / RPA: the rails
Follow a known path.
Robotic process automation follows predefined steps: move a file, enter a record, check a field or route an approval. Use it when the inputs and rules are understood. Monitor it for exceptions and changes in the systems it depends on.
02 / AI: the wheels
Make sense of variation.
AI can interpret an email, summarise a document or propose a category when the input does not fit a fixed template. Its output needs checks, visible uncertainty and a clear boundary on what it can do.
03 / People: the direction
Keep authority clear.
People set the destination, approve consequential actions and handle the situations the system cannot safely resolve. Flexibility in interpretation does not mean unrestricted authority to act.
A work-order example: a rule-based workflow registers the request; AI prepares a summary and flags missing context; a reviewer checks the recommendation; an approved workflow updates the record. Use APIs for dependable connections where they are available, and RPA where the workflow requires interaction with an existing interface.
Reliable records underneath. Useful context around the decision. A person with the authority to question what happens next.
The system should be powerful enough to become an ordinary part of the working day.
Layer 01
A reliable core
The facts remain in trusted systems of record. Important changes follow clear rules, are checked before they happen and leave a record behind.
Layer 02
The right context
Policies, history and relevant documents are gathered with their sources and existing permissions intact. Missing information stays visibly missing rather than being guessed.
Layer 03
A prepared next step
Intelligence can summarise, compare and prepare. Its suggestions are structured and checked, while consequential actions wait for a person.
Layer 04
A person in control
People see the recommendation, its sources and any uncertainty together. They can edit, approve, escalate or reverse it, and the decision is recorded.
Your existing environment
Connect what already matters.
We work around the records, tools and conversations that hold your business together.
Your core business systems
Keep your core records in sync without brittle workarounds or the same data typed in twice.
Example systems and capabilities
SAP & Oracle NetSuite · Salesforce & HubSpot · Workday & other HR systems · Microsoft Dynamics 365 · Whatever holds your core records today
Where your team already talks
Bring the useful context into the places where people already communicate and decide.
Example systems and capabilities
Slack & Microsoft Teams · Zendesk, Intercom & Front · Outlook & Microsoft 365 · Google Workspace & Gmail · Anywhere else you already keep in touch
Where your documents live
Find the relevant information across your documents and folders, without ignoring who's allowed to see what.
The technical wiring that keeps information moving safely between systems, even when something goes wrong. You'll probably never need to know the details — that's rather the point.
Example systems and capabilities
Nothing gets lost if a system goes down · Large amounts of data handled without slowing anything down · Everything encrypted and backed up as standard · The technical detail your IT team can dig into, if they want to
The questions that make it dependable
Design for the day something doesn’t fit.
Who may act?
Roles and permissions define who — person or system — can take each action.
What is visible?
The responsible person sees the evidence, sources and uncertainty before acting.
Where is approval needed?
Consequential changes pause for an explicit human sign-off.
When does work escalate?
Uncertainty, exceptions and anything outside scope go to a named person.
How is uncertainty shown?
Gaps and ambiguity are shown plainly, without pretending an inference is a fact.
How are actions reversed?
Recovery and reversal are part of the workflow from the start.
What is logged?
Inputs, sources, system actions and human decisions leave a traceable record.
Who remains accountable?
A named person remains responsible for the decision and the system around it.
A useful system can be questioned.
Knowing how to intervene is as important as knowing how to automate.
We make ownership, monitoring and escalation part of the workflow. When information is missing or an action falls outside scope, there is a clear route back to a person.
